Hi my name is Laurender i bought a car on the 27th July 2011 at Auto Pedigree in Mokopane assisted by a guy named Jupiter with his manager Luyanda without a service book to date always promising that they have ordered one which i am still waiting up until this day, it also had old tyres which they later changed them with another old ones to such an extend that i bought new tyres out of my own pocket. They further to me that i had a 2 year service plan incase of anything that breaks but found out later within a year of purchasing my car that i do not have the 2 year service plan which i tried fighting against them but failed as they started ignoring my calls and mind you i lodged a complaint before to his manager Luyanda who didnt take me seriously so this is really a case where they promise us things just to get us buy their cars and later they couldnt care less since i bought it what more can i do according to them, please help me i need my service book since it wont be easy for me to sell it if i want to and also i want to know about the 2 year service plan where it went to since i have never used it. I struggled enough now i need answers.
