BMW South Africa

I purchased a new Bmw in January 2013 and received very bad service from the saleman Richie Pillay, I complained to BMW SA and my complaint fell on deaf ears. I contacted BMW supertech once again to give them another chance and the service still is vey poor, what is the use of boasting on having hundreds of million rand sales room when the service is poor, to date I have not received a call from BMW Supertech, the new car manager, Obed Tayob who I's also the son of the MD, Shabir Tayob promised to get a quote emailed to me and has not done so, when he was contacted three days later he could not give an explanation, its nice to boast that you have a multi million rand showroom, open late to service customers but you don't have proper customer services which means nothing, people please don't support these frauds.
