BAD SERVICE AND NOT RELIABLE

I was invoved in a car accident on the 21 June 2013, my car was sent to Galliga Autos in Midrand for repairs. I have recieved calls from them telling me that my car would be ready in 2days time but that was more than a month ago. Their recent excuse is that the Manufactures are on strike but my car has been with them long before the stikes even began and that just gives them the perfect excuse. Two weeks back they said that my the only thing that was short was the dashboard and that they had to take it back because it was the wrong one. Then there was another one delivered, they called me to say that the car was now in assembly which was in the previous week. Today I call them to find out when I can collect my car and the new story is that they are waiting for seat belts which they have no idea when they will be delivered. When they Jack Ferreira the manager of the penalbeater was asked why had they not been aware that there were no seat belts packaged with the dashboard and after they stated that they were supplied with the wrong dashboard why not make enquires about the seat belts then? These people are useless and are just making money from Insurance companies never delive
