Worst Service I have ever received

My wive's car has been back 4 times in a 6 months period. The car cuts out, loses power, doesn't want to unlock or start. All this for a 2010 model with 43000km on? I have reported the problem a couple of times, took the car back a couple of times and even threatened them a couple of times but the service manager just kept on passing the buck. I eventually spoke to the dealer principal but this to was a complete waste of time. The car's maintenance plan is expiring next month and I am of the opinion Hyundai is waiting for this to happen as every time I try to make an appointment to bring the car back they are fully booked... This in itself has been 6 weeks for me to try and get an appointment. The car is unsafe to drive and they could not care less. Hyundai Boksburg is without a doubt the worst garage to take your car to. Worst service, worst workmanship, worst excuses and by far the worst attitude. This branch made sure I will never buy a Hyundai again. Well done guys! This will also be reported to the CPA.
