Still no joy!

I got my car back after an improved attitude with lots of calls and assurances.

Sadly I must report that after I paid a sh! tload of money, they still have not repaired/replaced what I paid for and above all: their SERVICE MANAGER denies them my front left carpet! They were the ONLY ones working and cleaning my car!

The headlights are not properly adjusted, the stickers in the engine bay are still missing, wheel alignment not done after working on the suspension and my carpet is gone.

They phoned to get a feedback and rate their service: service! WHAT service? Minus 10 is still an excellent score as far as I am concerned!
