To SAC who do not respond:
SAC Durban have charged us R8000 for a major service and other work done to a sub-standard level that is bringing the SAC name down. Not only have they ripped us off, they have used their technical knowledge to only their benefit and have been trying to pull the wool over our eyes which in my opinion is unethical, rude and foolish. They sent us on a wild goose chase to power steering specialists to fix a noise (that our vehicle went into SAC without and came back with) to find out from the specialists that the noise does not come from the power steering system. 3 visits to SAC Durban did not solve the issue either. We have been amicable and patient with their stories, incorrect diagnosis and unprofessional manner towards us. SAC Durban is worthy of a back-yard mechanic certificate.
