I took my car to Proline in the beginning of this year for a rear bumper repair. The repair took a bit of time to complete, but in the end it was done well and I was happy.
However! When I got the car returned, my license disc paper was taken out of my cubby box, my petrol log book removed from the car and lastly my radio cable which connects to an iPod (standard Hyundai cable) was also.
I reported this to Proline and they assured me that Aadiel would sort it out. Trying to get hold of Aadiel is near impossible. I phoned and got told he would get back to me over 5 times, he got back to me once. I've emailed him over 10 times, do you think I got a response? NO!
Eventually another lady took over. The money to renew the license disc was refunded to me but I am still waiting for my radio cable. To make things worse, they want to replace it with an aftermarket cable because they say that they're doing me a favor and the cable is something I should have taken out the car. Should I have taken my spare wheel and jack our the car too? The cable is part of the radio!
This has been gong on since the beginning of this year, I doubt I will be getting a replacement cable!
