Please note we bought a second hand Vehicle from this Steyns Auto Dealership in Pretoria a month and a half ago, we only drove the car for 2 weeks and then it started giving us problems, we had to check the vehicle with our own mechanic thinking it was a small problem, however we found out that the service on this vehicle was never done yet we were told that it had been serviced and a 108 point check was done on the vehicle, we paid R169 000 cash on this vehicle without any complains and yet we haven't driven the car for more than three weeks and its giving us problems, we had to tow the car from Mozambique to South Africa (Pretoria) at a charge of R12 000, which we paid for ourselves, now the car has been at your dealership for 3 weeks and no one can give us a straight answer, please assist urgently as we really don't know what to do. I saw the Manager yesterday in Pretoria and he advised that the car was out of warrenty as the car has warrenty of 1500 or one month, I than asked if the service was done before we bought the vehicle he refered to the service been done in February, but i was told by Jabu that they we taking the car to BMW for service immditley after we paid for it.
