Good Day

I would like to report the bad service I received from Citroen The Glen which has since closed down without notifying the customers. I bought my Citroen DS4 in October 2012. When I took receipt of the vehicle the smash and grabs were not fitted as per my contract. I delayed due to my busy work schedule & when I eventually took leave in June 2013, I called the Dealership to arrange & I have not received any joy til now. My sales consultant, Ayanda who moved to the East Rand branch referred me to Dylan who is the current manager at the now Honda Dealership. Dylan has been very rude and arrogant & he has promised to take my file out of their storage as soon as he has time to do so and has never contacted me. Ive even called Citroen head office and Jonathan was assisting but til now no one has given me a reponse on whether they will have them fitted on or not or will I be reimbursed as they are included in my contract. Im totally disappointed in the lack of proffessionalism in those I have dealt with.
