Warren and the Team at Autoquip Boksburg were absolutely amazing at helping me get my brake pads fitted at quite a bit of inconvenience to themselves.
I asked Autoquip to install brake pads which I had purchased directly from the dealer. Warren and the team at the same time identified that my brake discs needed skimming and arranged for a specialist to come out immediately to do this. Warren and the team also realised (just before closing time on a Friday) that the dealer had provided me with incorrect brake pads. Rather than wash their hands of the situation which they were well in their rights to do, Warren provided me with transport to the dealer to get the correct pads, phoned alternative suppliers to source pads in case I was unsuccessful and accommodatingly stayed open well after closing time to make sure they were fitted.
I cannot thank them enough for their outstanding service and would recommend their services to anyone.
