POOR QUALITY OF REPAIRS/ SERVICING

On the 2nd July 2013, I took my vehicle Hyundai Atos 1.1 2008 Model for servicing and repairs as my car gears locks. Then, on the following day I received a call to come and collect the car as it was ready. After some few days, I discovered that the power steering fluids is leaking. I took it back for several times and they didn't see anything wrong until I noticed that it was going under the carpets where the drivers seat is. The service manager did not even bother to hear what I wanted to say. He was rude and insisted that I should buy a new steering rack which costs about R16000, 00. I told him that I can't afford that and left the dealer very sad. The sad part about this whole thing is that my car was bought new from Hyundai and their parts doesn't even last for five years. I am still left with that trauma of leaking fluid oil and the gears are still locking even now. I have wasted R5000, 00 on nothing and deceived that the car was serviced whereas nothing was done with those gears. It was only adjusted and no gear lock was replaced. Beware of these as we pay lots of money and no thoroughly service is done. They only change water, oil and air filters then take away your money.
