We Traded our Hyundai Sunata and VW Polo in for a Chery Tiggo. We have had problems after problems with the dealership. Struggling to get Registration papers from the bank (2 half months). Aircon filter and fuel gage that are faulty. The car went numerous of times back to get these parts fixed. Still waiting for them to get the fuel gage part. For the registration papers there excuse was always they are waiting for the bank. 2 and a half Months? They never update you on what the situation on your car. Always have to involve there Head office. That also struggles to get feedback from them. Now that the paperwork have come from the bank, we struggled to get them to take the car for Roadworthy test. As they would have collected the car and never did. Eventually after phoning them and there Head office they came and collected the car. Now they have never taken the VW Polos's registration papers over and are still on our names. The car have been in there position for 3months. Now whe have to pay penalty fees on registraiton disk that expired. before we can get the Tiggo's license disc. Helpfull headoffice but poor service form Dealership..
