Poor, Poor Poor Service from Kia South Africa

I purchased a one year old Kia sedan in the second week of January 2013 from Imperial Kia on Malibongwe Drive, Randburg, but I never received the spare key!
To start with I followed this up with dealership, who are useless, and when I finally realised this I contacted Kia Motors head office. Over the course of 2 months I contacted them 3 times and was always promised that the issue would be resolved - NOTHING HAPPENED! I eventually contacted the G.M of Kia South Africa who was very understanding and he actually got somebody to call me back, but -NOTHING HAPPENED. Two weeks again and after many attempts (Hes a busy man I was told) I once again I contacted the GM, and once again NOTHING HAS HAPPENED
How can such a large company be so useless?? All I want is a spare key!!
Unfortunatley I will not be going back to any Kia Motors dealership in the future, the most shocking service I have come across
