We have been advised by supplier that good were picked up on the 11/07/2013 from USA. via airfreight. Made several calls to Durban branch for progress on delivery. Spoken to Barnes several times who could not give me definite answers on when my good are expected. Phoned Johannesburg with no answers.
Please help with feedback/response.
