I fail to understand why a leading bank like FNB would use incompetent couriers like you guys. No. Seriously. Let me join the list of people currently complaining. I have been waiting for my FNB card since morning. I was told it would be delivered between 8am and 10am. Let me make it clear that I am at work and with meetings to attend, i sacrificed my morning to wait for your delivery man. I called the number to query but to no avail. Come on guys, get out of business and let other people do a better job.
