Car service went wrong

I took my car in for service in Barloworld Toyota Middleburg on Wednesday (Day 1), needless to say everything went well in the morning. I arrived there at around 4.20 pm to collect but were not done with the car, they suggested I leave the car with them but I couldn't because I live in Nelspruit. So they asked to come back the next day for some parts. I got there at around 1 pm (Day 2), yes it was a little late but boy I waited until 4.30 just for rear break pads. I asked what was the issue only then I was told the parts were delivered in centurion branch wrongly but no one bothered to at least let me know. Well I told them I m going to Pretoria and they assured me that its ok to take the car there the next day. On my way to centurion (Day3), I called them just to find out if the car was expected then they told me the parts are in Middleburg. This has to be a record service - THREE DAYS, that is so pathetic. On the positive end the people in Centurion are stars
