I just called your Isando office, since my parcel was not deliver as requested. So Rose answer the phone. She indicated that it's still in Pretoria, but can't tell my why. She tell me to phone the warehouse myself. When I ask her why she is not doing it, since she is Customer Service, she said she will not phone, but only send an email. And if it's urgent I need to call myself. What a lovely attitude!!

When I phoned the Pretoria warehouse, they told me that the Isando office is lazy & always just pass the buck.

Great to know a company work so well together.
