Bad Services breaking windscreen and denying it

My Hyundai i20 has been to Group1 Hyundai Midrand several times and not once can I say I was satisfied. The last cherry on top was when they replaced my aircon filter and cracked my windscreen and denying it.
They refused to pay for the replacement but agreed to pay my excess for insurance, and told me in advance that it can take up to 3 weeks to get my money.
I submitted my request for payment on the 8th of November 2012, and I am still waiting for my money..
