As a newcomer to the three pointed star stable I was blown away by the service I received from Morne at Mercedes Century City.
The car had a few minor problems and was booked in this morning. I was greeted by Morne who treated me like I was part of the family. I explained the problems I had with the car and a few hours later was told all was sorted and the car was ready for collection. As I could not come collect my car they were kind enough to arrange transport for me from work to the branch. Once there Morne ran me through the work done and explained exactly what the problems were.
Hats off to Morne and the team at Century City for a job well done. Will certainly be back for all my services at this branch and quite sure my next Merc will come from them too.
