I booked my car for its first service and to have the replacement key coded for remote control. Two other dealers didn't know how to code the key and one of them did not know that Toyota had sent a bulletin at the start of April with instructions on how to do it.
At Monument Toyota
- I was able to drop off my car at 06:00 and they had me back at home within 40 minutes
- everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional and knowledgeable
- people (especially Tracy) looked up immediately when one approached them and responded courteously - a far cry from my experience at the other dealer
- Andre (a driver) impressed with his impeccable driving skills
- the person who washed the car found the cell phone I had forgotten under the seat and put it with my keys!
I thought service and standards like these were obsolete.
