Lizelle at Toyota Monument Westrand branch needs to work in the back office, she does not have any client skills, a very rude way of talking, telling me upon my arrival of all the things Toyota could not provide after spending close to R8000 on a service. How do you expect a client to be happy, sending your vehicle to a professional company like Toyota, receiving a white car full of wet tar spots??
An entire day without a car to have the service done, now another 2 hours without my car to send it for a valet to rectify their mistake??
I will not refer any of my collegues or friends to use this branch, with people like Lizelle you will loose all your clients...
