I have been waiting for my study material..i called the given inquiries number:0800212783 but each time the voice prompt is irritating me... when i finally get to speak to a human being i am told i'm in a wrong department and get transferred to customer survey where i have to rate a service... how do i do that not having received a service... i just want to let you know that your service and the manner in which you handle calls is totally a, mess. people call in to get assistance not to listen to a voice prompt going yadayada.
