The Groupon and the garage promises a whole page worth of checks and services and parts that will be replaced during the service, upon collection there is no proof or evidence that 90% of the things I paid and promised for was done. The only document they could show me was a piece of paper stating a 3 things changed (plugs / oil and oil filter) what about the rest??? I am now uncertain if this car was even serviced properly. I was also told that there is there is two faults they picked up - radiator water to be changed and Throttle body to be cleaned at a charge of R500 extra, this also I believe is a way to get us to pay for unneeded extras to make money. I called my mechanic and I was advised that the faults was nonsense as the car is almost brand new with only 61000kms and no way that was needed yet, The Garage also couldn't show me evidence that it was checked or it was needed.
they also promised me calls back which i never got, i had to make three calls and go to them midday to get feed back, also the car wash which was promised is a joke a 5yr old could do a better job, my car was returned with grease all over the body / windows and inside the car!!!
