I had a major service done at the Garage, and first off they returned the car an hour and 45 minutes later than they had promised, without washing it, and with greese all over my steering wheel. Two days later my car started shuddering and jerking. I took it to a mechanic friend who I trust and know and he took one look at my car and said that basic first step things were compeltley neglected to be done on my car which should have been done in the service, as well as my clutch being about to go, which the Garage neglected to tell me. Obviosuly this angered me, so I called Ashley (the guy who runs the garage) and put him on the phone to my friend. He told my friend he had no right to be looking at my car, as it was not his responsibilty, and when he got back on the phone to me he on me for having another mechanic look at my car, citing "its not his responsibilty" as his only reason, and was not able to explain why these things had not been done. I dont recommend any using this place, Im actually quite suprised theyre still open senice asking around it seems everyone knows of their bad reputation.
