Bad Service Due to Liars and Deception

I bought a second hand car last year around November, while i was waiting for my car finance to be approved it happened that it rained with hail so the car was damaged, but what puzzled me is that i was never informed in time instead they made me sign the contract and informed me after that my car had damage. Ok i took a decision that since they are gonna fix it it not a problem. The main complain that i have is that i paid R2000 for car registration but i was never given a new disc instead they let me drive with the previous owners DISC, i only realized that 6 month after when i tried to renew my disc, and as a result i was penalized at Traffic DEPT, i had to pay R628 which i did. Phoned my sales person, he said they will reimburse me and its 2 weeks now & i havent received a thing. I phone him today at 9 a.m, he said he was busy searching for my email on his inbox sothat he can send me proof of payment, i offered to send him new one. 2 hrs later he hasnt sent it, i foned him more than 10 times today and he hasn't send me. He kept on giving me excuses e.g. my mail server was down, Give me your fax no: i'm sending it now etc. I foned the manager he wasn't helpful I'M STILL WAITING
