Good day Hyundai senior personnel, I am writing this complain as a frustrated customer. I purchased a brand new Hyundai sotana 2.4GDI from our branch on the 02 nov 2013 and I was told I would get the plates and the disc in 2weeks from that date. But guess what, to date I am still now awaiting that to happen. What is worse is I poned the dealership in jan 2014 after been charged for driving he car without the disc and I was advised to go to The Glen Hyundai to collect my plates and the long awaited disc. To my surprise the guys @ the Glen knew nothing about my plates. I am still now waiting today is the 20 jan 2014 meaning I will continue to collect tickets, I am even considering going to call of he deal and return the car to the dealership.
