My husband and I were so impressed with the service at first in purchasing a new A4 and the salesman Neale Simpson advised he could easily assist us with selling our A3 as a private sale. We picked up our A4 on Fri 14 June as we were told there is a definite buyer already and the deal was that we pick the one car up on condition the other was sold. On Fri 21June Neale advised that the A3 has been paid in cash by the new owner and requested my banking details in order to transfer the remainder of the funds once he has settled the A3 with Wesbank. Everyday for 2 weeks we were promised a proof of payment-until we got his manager, also Neil involved. Neil has since not been able to provide us feedback on anything but only advised that we should rather cancel this deal altogether, we had no choice but to agree as Neale even sent us what seems a proof of pending credit on Fri 5 July and till today no one can explain what has happened and why this car is still on their floor. We had so much trust in Neale only to be this disappointed in the end, if i didnt know any better i would say he is a serious -artist as he even mentioned how he released funds from his 32 day account to pay us-REALLY!!
