I bought a Chev Cruze 2.0 2012 model brand new in jnauary 2012 for my wife. The milage covered so far is around 30000.The care started giving us problems withing the first 4 months its start and go/keyless would sometime fail to start but after few attempts will eventually start. whenever we took the car for service we reported this to GM but we were told they cant find any thing wrong. 5 weeks ago my 6 months pregnant wife got stuck due to this key problem and she was told that the car need to be taken in to GM Midrand. she was intially promised a courtesy car however later on she was told that they will no longer provide her. We called around until we got to GM regional manager and that was when we got a car. We were told that it will take the latest 3 weeks to fix the car, however its now 5 weeks no car no call from GM Midrand. To add cherry on top one day she was called to bring in the courtesy car she had becouse it has been sold to some onelse. she was given a different car with less petrol compared to the one she gave in. I will neverBUY any GM product or recommend it to someone.
