Bad service

Nashua mobile were very happy hassling me to upgrade and so I did to a very expensive Galaxy S4 and since the first week of having the phone it's been giving problems, when my wife went to tell them about it she was told to firstly go to Samsung and then again to drive to midrand for a phone we got at Glen village centre and we were not told to drive anywhere for the phone they were too happy selling it to us and getting commission, my wife has kept the phone for two months but its just giving more hassle and we again went back and they this time told us the two month samsung needs to be booked in for a month and we will still be charged with no courtesy phone. This is really pathetic service as its a brand new phone that gave trouble from the start.
