Ever since I purchased the vehicle brand new it has given endless problems. When sent to vw for repair on numerous occasions more damage was done instead of the repairs such as leather problems, chips in the paint, window tint defects, door hinges being broken on... its never ending. after complaining to vw south Africa I was assured that these problems will be seen to. 3 months have past and my messages have not been responded to. I was contacted 2 months ago from we issues vw informing me that they are currently repairing the clutch on a courtesy vehicle for me then they will contact me to book my vehicle in. Up to date there has been no response from vw even though I have left messages and more than one contact number. I believe I was sold a dud car or something but now my lawyer is prepared to step in on this situation as I would like to be refunded. Vw can shove there polo.
