I recently sent numerous requests to various dealers when I wanted to buy a vehicle. Only one sales person really went the extra mile to accommodate me as a client, replied to all my e-mails and telephone calls immediately and never hesitated to provide me with a professional service even after hours as I reside in Pretoria and was hesitant to travel to Bruma VW as it is in Jhb.
