I bought an Isuzu Bakkie more than two weeks ago and the salesperson still gives me the run around about transaction documents and registration of the vehicle, its spare key and fixing of a dent on the car. First it was the spare wheel missing which was replaced but the registration is still outstanding and they keep postponing the matter. The manager has been informed and he appears to be indifferent about customer service and querries, he only acknowledges but doesntdo anything to assist! i have nothing to prove that i own the car nor is it registered in my names.

There seems to be a culture of bad service that goes on without being addressed at this dealership or the sheer incompetence of the manager and his salespeople. WHAT IS WORSE IS THAT THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, NO BATHO-PELE PRINCIPLES! BUT THEY CONTINUE TO RECEIVE DEPOSITS FROM POTENTIAL CLIENTS DESPITE THEIR BAD SERVICE, WHICH I'VE NOTICED REPORTED ON HELLOPETER BEFORE BY SKOSANAM
