A while back I needed a new pair of tyres, I called all over and found Tyremart to be the cheapest. I popped in, had the tyres changed and was happy with the good service.
Recently I scraped one of my tyres on the kerb and thought it needed to be replaced. Once again I called every tyre place around, from Midrand through to Wynberg, and once again I found Tyremart to be the cheapest.
When I took my car through, the gentleman assured me that the scrape was minor and didn't affect the safety of the tyre. Even though they had specially ordered the tyre in for me he recommended that I didn't change it. I was so impressed to find a company who genuinely put customers first. He spotted that my alignment was off and showed me how to check.
I asked them to do balancing, alignment and swap back and front tyres as per recommendation from Jonathan who sat down with me beforehand to explain what my car needed and why, and also gave me feedback afterwards. The whole lot didn't take much time and was not very expensive.
Next time I won't bother calling around, ...I know exactly where to go if I need help with my wheels.
