Well done to Toyota (Cape Gate) on impressive customer service.
I am not overly impressed by a single person delivering good service - I am impressed when one gets the feeling that there is a good service culture, that the company takes it seriously and that multiple people from the company deliver great service consistently over time.
This has been my experience at Toyota Cape Gate.
They are proactive with calls and helpful SMSes, are generally helpful, friendly and courteous. Keep it up guys!
