I am in the same situation as many complaining about this company. No contact, and when I did was told my goods were going to be shipped but following up, I found my goods still in their store. Mr. Kaye ran one of the largest logistics Co's in SA - you would think brand integrity and service would be a must. His other company Taxi Trucks was also in financial trouble last year and was liquidated. Look at Hello Peter complaints for Taxi Trucks. As they stop (at the same time as liquidation), J&W complaints start! Taxi Trucks is now reopened with the same owner! I am shocked to find out the things that I have - easy Google searches will enlighten you.
BEWARE using this company as you do not want to find yourself in the precarious position many of us now face. Do your research, use a company registered under a professional umbrella like the PMA. Those still embattled with J&W, I urge you to launch a complaint with the National Consumer Commission.
