On the 10th of june 2013 we took our bmw X5 in for a repair of a crownwheel, and we already paid R10 000.00.
today is the 8th of july 2013 and we still do not have our car back. Every time we phone they have another story, we went so far and phoned aroud for this crownwheel they can't find, we gave them telephone numbers and details, but still they didn't do anything from their side to help us.
i lost my work because i could't get to work, what must i do?
can i sue them for the month i had no income?
