Hi I have been working for UD Trucks North Coast for About 18 months and the company has been deducting tax and uif of my salary and have not been issuing it. Every time I asked for my irp5 no they said they would get back to me but never did. They now want to unfairly dismiss me, I cant claim Uif of which they deducted from my salary and had not paid it, also my Tax that was deducted was not paid either. Now the company refuses to refund my monies along with my commission that is outstanding for the past 10 months of which they keep promising but never pay saying they having financial difficulties and I would get it the following month and that went on for 10 months.
