Big Boy Scooters has no pride in their work

Since my previous report and after lots of drama and name calling... my motor was replaced on my scooter on 2994km I waited a month to get proof as I also need to re-register this new motor, at my expense, to proof that it isn't! Took the scooter back to the Gezina branch where I bought it for it's first service and complained that it is still miss firing/back firing. It was sent to headoffice on Thursday. Today I get called to come and collect it again... my warrenty book was left in pieces and my clock no longer works and this with the added bonus of a cracked panel... he refuses to check as he doesn't want to get involved! "Headoffice had it, they must send him a report." I amsick and tired of listening to these guys calling me the angry/rude customer, of them calling me to pick up a scooter that is in worse shape every time it is returned and the seller refusing to deliver a service. He carries the BIG BOY LOGO on his shop, he is involved! What do I need to do as a customer to get professional service from these guys! I deserve a NEW scooter, I paid cash for a new one!!! Honestly guys, fix it or replace it!!! Just do your job you'll be rid of me, stop passing the bucket!
