Poor customer service

I had a problem with my car tyre in January that my insurance authorized and I ordered the tyre with my dealer BMW Barloworld in Fourways .since I have been waiting for them as they said they will order not even a decency of calling until I called them as my authorization was with them. I called them again and they said I can book in for Wednesday, 3rd July. I asked my sister to check if they will drop me home or it will be a job that won't take long but to my surprise they didn't even have a record of my booked car and they promised my sister that they will call me to my surprise again no call until the end of the day on Tuesday? Wednesday I took my car in they dropped me home to pick me in the afternoon, my other surprise again no one called until it was almost time to close then I called them what a nerve that they told me my car will be ready the next day in the AfTERNOON, not even a decency of calling me again. You will not believe that they have not called me yesterday afternoon when I'm calling today the service side is not open where my car is kept. How can they not have a manger or are they fooling me. I really don't know but asking for help. Really disappoint big co
