I send off my parcel from october lastyear (6mnth)

Until today my parcel haven't reached it's destination, I have tried numerous times to get answer on the process of my deliver to my surprise it's a runaround by the post officee&ems services.no help whatsoever they keep on stalling telling me it's on his way then they told me it's in newyork then Frankfurt now they can't seem to know exactly where it is. I have ask for a refund fill out 3 different forms fax it to them now it's going overn6months period.the process when there is a complaint it is stated that it takes up to 90 days for investigation but now it's way over that time period and I need answes, whenever time you call them, the phone constantly rings like there is no one working there then goes to voice mail..service is stuck up at this postofficee really I am the customer with a complaint and I am not happy with the services that am getting at all- either from postofficee Northriding or ems services. I have been using my airtime calling constant sometimes am left with music playing or on the line almost 10 mins with no answer..seriously I am fed up with the service that am getting from a government place. I will no longer want to do business with them anymore.
