Traded in a vehicle 30 September 2013. To date the vehicle is not settled with the bank and the bank is still billing me monthly for the traded in vehicle. Second vehicle traded in 4 November 2013. This vehicle is also not settled. Have to contact them daily for a refund of the instalments and am always told tomorrow - which does not happen. To date the installments for December 2013 has not been refunded. Jaco Smit assures that it will be done daily with no actual action. Adriaan at 3 Way Auto denies any knowledge of the deal or settling of the vehicles. Leon Volshenk who did the original sale passes the buck to Jaco. In the interim, I am having to borrow money because I cannot afford to pay the installments for two additional vehicles.
