POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE

I bought a 2010 Kia Picanto a few months back and was promised a few fixes, which still has not been done. After contacting them numerous times and complaining and even having an appointment with them to pick up my car to have the problems fixed it was not done and I was not even contacted to inform me that they will not be picking up the car. The appointment has not been rescheduled yet. I really feel it is very poor customer service.
