Ad serive from Aberante BMW

I'm really shattered and traumatized by the service I have been receiving from Alberante BMW in Alberton. My car has been there for almost 2months now and I'm still not receivin any communictation from any1 at Alberante regarding my car. I'm getiing tired and feel like iv been made an by them. I understand that my cmy car needs to be fixed properly in order not to have problems later bt this is way too much. I was told my car will be done by the 18June which clearly never happened, than I was told the estimated time would be de 1dtJuly and dan the 4thJuly, trust me when I say they still not done with my car. This is the worst service ever downgradin the BMW brand for an apporved BMW serving depart. I don't want excuses anymore as the hired car m using at the moment needs to be returned on the 5July and there is no way ill be taking taxis to work, how can I pay for a car that's not even in my possession, I'm really hurt and dissappointed, is this the way they treat they clients?

This is the second complain iam logging and clearly it shows that customer service at Alberante is not of ppriority, communication is bad. It proves that as a customer am beign taken for a fool
