I need to express my utter disgust in the service I had experienced during our recent move from DBN to JHB (April/May).
When we started making arrangements for our move (transfer) back to JHB, we insisted that my husband's company make use of your services as we experienced awesome service from Elliot company during our move from JBH to DBN during December 2010.
Issues:
Consultant not assessing the move properly at onset and communicating arrangements with back office and dispatch.
Packers ignoring requests
Damaged furniture as a result
Lost item
On top of this I now have not had a response from management Kevin Mills or Brad Baker on my complaint that was e-mailed on teh 10 June 2013 and followed up on the 24 June 2013.
I would not advise anyone to use Elliott's service.
