We had to move again unexpectedly one year after moving into our new, rented accommodation when our landlord needed his property back for a family member. Given the expense involved, I needed an inexpensive removal company and received a number of quotations through an on-line site. When I entered the company names on Hello Peter, The Move produced several complimentary reports and the price Hermann quoted to move our large household and business to new premises was very reasonable although we did have to revise it up after forgetting to include items in the inventory. They were unable to move one very large pot (a previous company had used a net to lift it) and my only other gripe was that they did not send the 2 teams required for this very large move with the result that moving had to be carried over to the next day. One of the team members was obviously new and inexperienced but the other 5 were all well-trained, strong, courteous and efficient. Hermann prefers to communicate via email which he does well but he was willing to chat to my old-fashioned husband over the telephone to re-assure him about the move. I would certainly use this company again.
