Lads on the move endevoured to help us move to a new house in June 2011. I thought that their price was fair and the salesperson approachable. However, on the day of the move, the salesperson was no-where to be seen. The movers were clumsy and packed boxes badly, just throwing precious glassware and winebottles in a box without any padding. They also did not put the boxes in the correct rooms, as they had stipulated they would, and did not re-assemble furniture correctly. After the move, I discovered that my engagement and wedding rings were missing and on calling to claim on the insurance, was told that I did not have insurance. I was very dissapointed in Sugen's attitude because I stipulated at our meeting that it was important that I had insurance on the move so that nothing like this would happen. Sugen was not even interested in investigating the matter and potentially disciplining his staff. I think their service was shoddy and their attitude even worse. It made our move very traumatic and I would never ever recommend their company to anyone and I make a point of telling my friends and anyone I ever meet, NOT to EVER use this company!
