I laid a complaint directly with Caltex Garsfontein management and they listened without being defensive regarding the car wash service.

After my complaint the service was jacked up when I went back to wash my car and I gave a R20 tip without hesitating.

Also thank you for being given an opportunity to wash my car for free on Sunday 14/07/13
