Rethink purchasing a Renault

If you are considering buying a Renault please rethink this as it is a serious decision to make!
They might look good but what happens behind the scenes, i was one of the unlucky people to have made that mistake, my car has now been i for the 5th time for a gearbox and all and all have been left without a vehicle for over 6 months which I have to pay for month to month. I have then tried calling Renault South Africa to try to assist the feedback was that they will only repair not replace, not even with the threat of the ombudsman did that make any difference, the reply you guessed it well we will see you in court than! I have ow tried more than on e trying to get hold of the Customer services manager and yes still no call back! The problem being I like the car good looks and I also come from a family who have owned many of their cars but it seems that if you where on of the unlucky individuals who purchased their vehicle pre NCR you are stuffed! Renault you have good products but the customer should not be satisfied he should rejoice due to your service take some notes from Ford they have previously replaced a vehicle for my brother who had the same problem! Shocking service!
