Good day, The 24 Motors employees, came to take my car on 11 June 2013, there was a problem with the thermo meter. Since then the car has not been fixed and I am without a car not for 3 weeks. I am a single mother and borrowed my parents only car, 24 Motors refused to give me a curtesy car. I had to phone them daily to find out how far my car is, but every time they gave me a date, it was moved because as they put it, I am not their only customer, they have other cars to fix as well. I need assistance as they keep promising me that the car will be fixed on a certain date, then they move it up again. I will be without a car from tomorrow as my parents need the car back. Please can you assist in this matter. As soon as I get my car back I want to sell it and buy a car where I do not have to service my car with 24 Motors, as at the moment I do not have a choice. Their service is always bad but this time it will not be acepted. Thanks.
