Bad service and damaged goods

I bought a Kia rio from Kia fourways, the salesman had a terrible attitude and after approval of finance and an agreed upon date of delivery for the car, the salesman didn't deliver the car at the agreed date, 3 days later I called the manager To complain and I got a call from the salesman with an attitude because I complained about him. The delivered car had scratch marks on it which no one at the dealership is taking responsibility for, I call them every week and they say they will get back to me, 3 months later I haven't received one phone call from them, the scratch marks were seen by the manager on delivery. Terrible service, terrible value, no one gets back to you, they just want a quick Buck and don't care about the customer. I recommend Kia but not Kia fourways, ever!
